His cooking classes are based at the chic Yacht Club Cala d’Or which boasts a top of the range kitchen overlooking the marina of Cala d’Or.

 

The emphasis being on Mediterranean cuisine - from pasta making, tapas, desserts to Italian & traditional Spanish dishes.

 

The Yacht Club itself will be at your disposal, offering a gym, steam room, sauna, infinity pool, restaurants and WiFi access.

 

Cala d’Or is home to one of the most exclusive marinas in Majorca.  With a flying time of approx 2 hours 10 minutes from London to Palma, Cala d’Or is easily accessible from the UK as well as other European cities
